COVID Precautions
Out of an abundance of caution, Christ Lutheran is once again requiring all people, regardless of vaccination status, to wear masks while inside the building for worship and to practice social distancing.
These guidelines have been established by our church council after consulting local medical professionals.
The latest study by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows that the Covid-19 Delta Variant produced similar amounts of virus in vaccinated and unvaccinated people if infected, and therefore recommends that fully vaccinated Americans return to wearing masks indoors.
If worshipping outdoors, you are encouraged to wear a mask (you may remove your mask while seated during worship) and practice social distancing.
Please use the hand sanitizers while at church. We also encourage you to wash your hands throughout the day.
If you have a fever, if you are not feeling well, please stay home.
Please continue to be mindful of the needs of others.
Not everyone is in the same place or has the same mindset concerning the current conditions. Using good communication skills will help alleviate frustrations and misunderstandings. The ultimate goal is that everyone is safe and stays healthy.
Kindness towards yourself, kindness towards others goes a long way in promoting health and well-being.
We have been called to love and care for our neighbors. Let us be known by our love.
If you have questions or concerns, or if you need assistance in getting a COVID vaccine, please call (651-433-3222) or email (office@clcmarine.org) the church office.
